Is Rick’s approach really unbiased?
Yes, Rick does not represent a particular product, service or agency. This choice frees him to provide unbiased, objective information to you about your situation and the corrective measures that are needed.
What if I can’t put my finger on the problem?
Rick is a lifelong practical problem solver who knows that home health and efficiency issues have causes that have usually not been found. He has a keen eye for detail, and offers insight on the complex or invisible aspects of your situation.
What will A Healthier Home do for me?
Rick will provide the qualitative investigation of your home that is long overdue. Together, you’ll conduct an inch by inch review of the grounds, exterior, attic, crawl space, basement, furnace, duct system, and other vital components of the house.
Will Rick take photos?
We’re aware that not everyone wants to hang out in the attic or crawl about in tight, damp spaces. Rick will take photos in those hard to navigate areas so you can see what he sees. Then, he reviews with you those items that would be helpful to address, prioritizes those for you, and helps you get the fixes implemented.
